Ensure to read the terms and conditions in full before use. We act under current law and the standard rules and regulations to protect your rights and liabilities. It is our aim to create a safe and secure on-line shopping enviroment and requires the support from you to ensure that all guidelines are followed.

1. General
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all sales from us effected through our website and by using our website you agree that they apply to all contracts between you and us. They are liable to change at any time and any change will take effect from the time of publication on our website. Your statutory rights are not affected. By using this website you warrant that you are of full legal age and may lawfully enter into any contract with us.

1.3 All communication from us will be in English language. All contracts with us will be deemed to have been made in England and any disputes regulated by English Law, and you agree that the English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any disputes.
2. Orders Placed Online.
2.1 After you have placed and paid for your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail that your order is accepted with an order referance number. Any order submitted by you is your offer to enter into a contract with us.
2.2 We are not responsible for pricing errors and we may decline any order although we will advise you of the reason.
2.3 We must receive payment for the goods ordered and delivery costs before your order can be accepted.
2.4 The prices quoted on our website are inclusive of V.A.T at the currant rate within the UK (this applies where applieable) and excludes delivery costs which are specified in Paragraph 5 below. Errors and omissions are excluded. Prices are shown in UK sterling (GBR) only.
2.5 The price, availability and specification of goods are subject to change without notice prior to our issuing an acceptance of your order and your referance number but not thereafter.
2.6 All descriptions, images and specifications are published for illustration purposes only and are not binding on us.
2.7 Title in the goods shall not pass to you until e have received in full all moneys owed by you under this and any other contract.
2.8 All risk of loss of or damage to the goods shall pass to you upon delivery.
3. Payment Methods
3.1 Payment is via Paypal,Google checkout and HSBC Bank.
3.2 The goods will not be despatched until we have full payment for them and for delivery costs.
4. Delivery of Goods
4.1 Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries. We will endeavour, wherever possible, to dispatch goods on confirmation that uour order is accepted and isure of your order referance number although, if any goods that you order are out of stock, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible to let you know. If delay in despatch is likely to exceed 7 days you may, provided the goods have not been especially made or despatched, cancel your order and we will refund any sums paid by you.
4.2 Avalon Jewellery (avalonjewellery.co.uk) cannot be held responsible for any delay or prevention of delivery which is out of our control. This includes third parties and act of nature which are beyond our control.
5. Delivery Costs
5.1 You will require to pay delivery charges as instructed on our website. Deliveries outside mainland UK will be subject to enquiry.
6.Credit/Debit Card Security
6.1 Credit card details are only taken by Paypal,Google checkout and HSBC Bank.
7 Privacy Policy
7.1 We collect only the basic personal details required to process your order. We will not release your name, address, email address or any other information about our customers to any outside party. We will not trade, resell, sell or redistribute information that you provide to us, to any other companies, organisations or individuals.
7.2 Our policy is to keeep the personal information we receive completely confidentail, and used solely for internal purposes. We will not share your personal information with any other parties, and we only use cookies to facilitate the order process. No other form of tracking technology is used by us.

8. Returns Policy
8.1 You are welcome to order andy item/s from our extensive range. If for any reason should you ever receive a faultly item we will exchange or refund. You must notify us of the fault within 48 hours of delivery and return the item to us (avalonjewellery.co.uk) within 7 days in its original packaging and in an unused condition you must prepay postage. You may return any item/s for an exchange or credit note (with the exception of earrings) so long as the item is returned in an unused condition and in its original packaging this must also be returned to us (avalonjewellery.co.uk) within 7 days from date of delivery, you must prepay postage. Under no circumstances must items be used when damaged, as you will be deemed to have accepted them in their damaged condition. Before replacement good/s credit notes or refunds can be issued, goods must be returned for our inspection and if necessary the item may have to be returned to the manufactors for testing.
9. Goods Damaged in Transit
9.1 In the event of goods being damaged on receipt they should be returned for our inspection immediately.
9.2 Under no circumstances must items be used when damaged, as you will be deemed to have accepted them in their damaged condition. Before replacement goods or refunds can be issued, goods must be returned for our inspection and if necessary the item may have to be returned to the manufacturer for testing.
9.3 Postage fees will be reimbursed only for justified damage claims.
10. Intellectual rights and propery of the website
